   Bug and Balance Fixes
   Updated Hero: Moonstone

       Moonstone’s Level 9 action is now a Multi-Action consisting of:
           Singularity
               Targets Self
               Type: Buff
               Special Properties
                   Charging Up
                       Begins to charge a Powered Up attack
                       Unable to use any other action except a Charging Up or Powered Up action
                       Unable to counter, follow-up, or protect while charging up
               Self
                   Singularity
                       Unlocks Big Bang but can be removed if successfully attacked or forced to use Recharge
                       Increases the damage done by Big Bang
                       This effect stacks up to 3 times
           Big Bang
               Targets All Enemies
               Type: Ranged, Energy
               Special Properties
                   Catastrophic
                       Can’t be Protected against
                       Ignores most Avoidance effects
                       Guaranteed to hit
                   Deadly Crits
                       Deals extra damage on critical hits
                   Powered Up
                       Requires using an action with Charging Up before using this action
       Moonstone’s Psychological Manipulation will now trigger while Singularity is active
       Moonstone’s Gravity Well effect will now increase the damage of Melee and Energy attacks



   Other Fixes

       Shanna’s Serpent Strike now applies Torpid on an enemy, reducing Psychic damage
       Shanna’s Pinning Prick now applies Enfeebled on an enemy, reducing Melee damage
       Shanna’s Scorpion’s Sting now applies Woozy on an enemy, reducing Ranged damage
